Founder & CEO, Hyperleap AI · Hyderabad, India

Gopi Krishna

Ex-Microsoft engineer (11+ years, Office 365 & Outlook at planet scale). ISB MBA. Now building AI companies solo, with agents as my team.

Marketing is now an engineering problem. Distribution is the new moat. The future belongs to the builders.

The operating system

Four products, one engineer. The trick is not working harder - it's treating the whole company as a codebase. Product, marketing, sales, and content all run as pipelines, dispatched daily by AI agents.

GTM Brain is the machine: social pipelines, SEO generation, ads automation, and analytics, operated from a terminal. 1,800+ posts shipped and counting.

What I believe

01

Distribution > Product

The product is table stakes. Distribution is the game. The question is not "what to build" but "how to reach."

02

Outcome as a Service

Platform-access pricing is dying. Charge for outcomes - per resolved conversation, per lead captured, per conversion.

03

The solo-founder stack is complete

One person plus AI can build, market, sell, and scale. I am living this thesis.

04

Content is the moat

Personal brand compounds. Founder-led content is the highest-leverage distribution channel there is.

05

SMB is hard mode = the moat

Everyone wants enterprise. The founder who cracks SMB AI wins a massive, defensible market.

06

Speed is everything

Velocity is the competitive advantage when AI commoditizes the product layer. Ship daily.

07

Agents will replace SaaS (but not yet)

The future is agent-first. The present requires pragmatic execution: build for humans today, agent-first underneath.

Full circle

December 2005 → December 2025

I interviewed as an intern at Microsoft Hyderabad in December 2005. Twenty years later, almost to the month, I walked back into the same MPR - this time as the speaker, talking about building extensive platforms as a solo engineer with AI tools. Same room. Different side of the stage.
